What would be your choice of paddle for flat water?

For flat water, I think cruising paddles will be best.
They have better cruising efficiently. They're more durable and light.

I use a touring paddle made by werner, its light,and easy on the shoulders.
Paddlin' a P&H Quest LV or a Current Designs Kestrel 120 TCS all over the Garden State!!
