Ella,
What do you want to know? Not that I have the answer.
I too enjoy kayaking and fishing. There are a ton of websites telling you everything from how to buy and outfit that killer fishing kayak to what to wear and where to go. Just Google Kayak fishing and you will get inundated in fishing links.
Here is one fellow I follow in my area.
http://www.blueridgekayakfishing.com/ Here are a couple of other sites I browse every now and then:
http://www.smallmouths.com/ and
http://www.kayakanglermag.com/ . This next site is evolving:

I fish from a sea kayak. Most of my fishing is catch and release. I typically go after fresh/brackish water fish such as perch, croakers, & small mouth bass, anything that will take my bait.
I started out by paring down my tackle to one small kit that fits out of the way in my cockpit or under a bungee cord. I have a two piece five foot ultra light rod and reel I like. I can get a twenty or so foot cast from a sitting position with that combination.
Getting started is easy. A rod you like casting sitting down. A couple of your favorite lures, your favorite fishing spot and a day off for fishing. Couldn't be simpler.
Good luck.
Daniel
