Hello, I am a University student that worked at the Portage Store in Algonquin Park last summer. I am not the owner or anything, just one of the grunts that moves the canoes around the docks and a guide. I just stumbled upon this group! I might be heading back up there in the spring/summer to work and was just curious if any of you have been to the store and would like me to mention anything to the owner. By mention I mean any types of canoes/kayaks that you would like to see be added for rental. And anything that the store is lacking or should change. Thanks for the input!

I visit it every year, when I return home from the states bring back the PORTAGE STORE T- SHIRTS he switched to ALGONQUIN PARK logo, I prefer the Portage store logo

I'd like to rent an inflatable kayak sometime, Aire Sea Tiger or similar.
