I'm looking for feedback and opinions on inflatable kayaks, 1 an 2 person. The Stearns unit seems reasonable. Anyone with experience on the self-bailing model?

I have an Innova Helios 380 two person or 1 person and a dog and I love it. Don't know anything about Stearns

I have a 2 person Stearns, fabric covered, bladder type. When it is wet it is much heavier than when dry. It is hard to clean, keep it out of the sand. I also have a single Sevlor Sk1. I use both boats in white water with thigh straps. If I have an inexperienced passenger in the back of my Stearns and they don't know how to high side, they can flip the boat. I much prefer the Sevylor Sk1. Much lighter and more responsive, easy to inflate, keep clean and take care of.
