I am looking for a very quiet lake between Montreal and Ottawa to kayak (recreational). Definitely no power boats, but ideally near restrooms, restaurants etc, and an easy place to put in. Anyone have a suggestion?

Buy a huge piece of land between here and Montreal, dig a hole, flood the hole, build a restaurant with restrooms, and put in a boat launch. And hopefully give me an invitation when it is ready
