I just bought an Optimus 111c and it won't stop burning after the valve is shut off. I have to blow it out then, open the fuel cap to let the pressure off in order to make it stop. I tried tightening the jet and turning the valve back and forth repeatedly but it still continues to leak fuel while pressurized. If possible, I'd prefer to avoid the hassel of returning the stove and fix it myself. Does anyone know how to fix this problem or know where I can go find out how to fix it?

If the valve isn't seating you will need a new one anyhow. Why not just return the unit to the store for an exchange? That's probably less hassle and time than ordering a part, fixing it yourself and then possibly having your warranty voided.
