Would anyone care to recommend a reliable one man loading canoe carrier? I'm trying to find one for a friend who is in his late 60's. He will be loading his 17' Old Town Canoe atop a Chevy suburban. A trailer hitch based carrier won't work as he is hauling a travel trailer too. The travel trailer is too tall to place the canoe atop same.
