Or the Bras d'Or lakes in Cape Breton - most anywhere, but particularly around Marble Mountain, Malagawatch areas.
Or the Eastern Shore (east of Halifax) area.
There are really too many choices, all very good.
If you can, get a copy of Sea Kayaking in Nova Scotia by Scott Cunningham, published by Nimbus Publishing Ltd. I have the 1996 edition, but there is an updated edition release this year or last. He lists a number of trips.
