Myron Smart canoes

I am looking for any information on canoes built by Myron Smart (Milo, Maine). Saw one of his canoes this past weekend and marvelled at its beauty. The only detail I could get regarding the craft was that it had been produced sometime in the '50s and that Mr. Smart has since crossed the river Styx in another craft of his own making. Can someone fill in the blanks? Much thanks.

I dedicated "Above the Gravel Bar; The Native Canoe Routes of Maine" to Myron and am thinking of writing a biography. I was his next door neighbor, best friends w/his grandson, Forrest, Jr., and he was my un-adopted grandfather. I have 2 of his canoes presently but have had several others. What do you want to know about Myron or his canoes? I spent hundreds of hours w/him over the years of my life and treasure them. Best wishes, Dave Cook

ALSO HAVE 2 OF GRAMPS MOLDS. ONE 15' AND ONE 10 FOOTER. DO YOU KNOW OF ANYONE WHO MIGHT WANT THEM, THEY HAVE BEEN IN DRY STORAGE FOREVER. THEY ARE PROBABLY OBSOLETE. OH WELL.
