Looking for suggestions for a guided sea kayak trip on the coast of Main. one day trip would be great.
Any suggestions?

Unlikely but not an impossibility. Practice in a shallow area with a helper. Once you come out a few times you'll have the confidence and understanding what happens when you capsize. Don't wait until you capsize by accident. Panic would be your biggest challenge, not your sprayskirt.

Well Maine has a very long shoreline and it depends on where in Maine. I hang out on the Blue Hill Peninsula and I have to say the islands out from Stonington are great! I think there are a couple outfitters on the Peninsula who find you a guide. Old Quarry is one.
