Hi,
Thinking of going to Lac Poisson Blanc this weekend. Would anyone be willing to share their knowledge of a public put-ins / parking on the lake?
Thanks, Joe

Lac Poison Blanc is quite easy to get to from Gatineau.
Leaving from Ottawa:
Take the Mackenzie Bridge, Take Highway 50 and turn off on the 307. (Formelly know as Boulv Archambeault) now know as "Principal Drive for about 45 to 50 km. You'll pass a town called Val-Des-Monts. You can also stop in St-Pierre de Wakefield at Chez Rita and pick up some supplies. Anyhow at this point you are about 20 minutes from the site. You have to got to a place called "Camp d'amitiƩ" The municipality collects a fee for daytrippers and long stays. It's a reasonable price.
The town you are looking for is called Denholm, que. The locals will be able to guide you if you get lost. Look at google earth and you'll see the lake on it. The put in is at the very tip on the southern most edge. Have fun it's a great lake.
