Hi I have a 14 year old daughter who would love to join a kayak club in order to learn and possibly compete in races. We looked into the Rideau Club but being at Mooney Bay for 7am to 8:30am just is not going to work-we are coming from Kanata. Are there any other clubs or programs that might be of interest to her? Carleton Place used to have a club. You could ask any of the rideau people and they would know.
