Does anyone know if the ice is off North Tea Lake in Algonquin yet?

Considering the late spring we are having this year there is no possibility that the ice would be off of North Tea Lake. There's a good chance the ice will last through the first weekend in May.

Still lots of ice on the lakes there as of yesterday. I am talking to the Canoe Lake permit office on regular basis.

One member of our group phoned the Algonquin office at Kiosk, and they said there was just a bit of slush in the middle, and after last night's rain, I'm sure that will all be gone. We're going into Manitou this weekend and had concerns, but not anymore...the ice is almost all gone on Nipissing in North Bay, just East of Kiosk.
