Any links or suggestions for day trips, put-ins etc in the Pembroke/Petawawa area. Flatwater only

I have just joined so I am not sure you are still looking for flatwater in this area. I have been going to Corry Lake outside of Chalk River and paddling up the river. If you go the length of the lake there is another nice channel between two lakes I enjoy paddling up. Lots of wildlife and scenery as well as a beautiful paddle.

indian river is a very slow moving river acessed by the 417 goes into pembroke.beautiful river.
