Just curious: how many Ottawa area people are still paddling? (In the local area, at least. Jetting off to the Bahamas doesn't count

Going out for a little padddle Sunday if the day plans out right. If you can go without a chainsaw, it's paddling season.

Hardly managed any local (Ottawa) paddling at all this year, although some great times in Algonquin Park and Point Pelee almost made up for it. However, Julie and I are thrilled to be moving to the Dunrobin Shores area in mid-December so we can paddle any old day without having to go through the ritual of roof-racking, lugging of gear, travel, etc. I hope we can go for a paddle at least once more in 2004, even if it is late December!

Okay it's not Ottawa but we are off for a short sea paddle shortly. The days just got 1 hour shorter, that kills week day evening paddles. I like to put in with some light. Oh. We are in Nfld.
