We are trying to plan our vacation for the first 2 weeks of July. We would like to paddle in Eastern Ontario such as Kingston, Gananoque or anything North of there. Can anyone recommend some trips? We are thinking of doing a few smaller trips, or one trip for the first week and then for the last week set up a base camp somewhere different and do day trips. Have heard Frontenac Park is nice. We are used to paddling in Northern Ontario, with kayaks and canoes. We have paddled North of Peterborough, but haven't gone any farther East. Thanks

If you would like to go father northestern Ontarion, in the Hearst region there is a lot of river, that you can choose from a one day trip up to a two week trip. You can call Yves Lepage at 705-364-2260, he have done all of the rivers from lake Superior to James Bay so he can give good recommendations. Hope to see you on the rivers.
