Hello All,
My friend and I are looking into building a wooden double kayak from a kit, and are thinking about settling on the Chesapeake sport tandem.. Seems like the perfect boat for us. We're looking for a double that has enough space for 2 average sized guys, and a boat that is versatile enough to race, as well as for recreational trips, including some ocean paddling. We checked out the Pygmy double as well, and the Chesapeake seems like the ideal boat. Are there any other boats you think we should look into?
