18th Annual Float Fishermen of Virginia Event is going to take place on on Saturday, April 26th, Randy Carter chapter’s beautiful acreage along the Rappahannock, upstream from Fredericksburg).

The Float Fishermen of Virginia (FFV) is a statewide organization of canoeists, kayakers, rafters and other boaters which started in 1969. Together, we float the rivers, streams and waterways of Virginia and work to preserve and protect these important natural resources.

For the kayakers that live in the area this can be a perfect opportunity to meet other people from the area, take the family as the activities require no prior knowledge in kayaking or canoing and not less important help raise money to preserve the rivers that we depend upon.
