Kayak fishing is fishing from a kayak. The kayak has long been a means of transportation and a means of accessing fishing grounds. Kayak fishing has gained popularity in recent times.
The most popular kayaks for fishing are rotationally molded from polyethylene due to their durability and lower cost. Generally, kayak fishermen look for stable and comfortable designs. The new generation of twinhull (catamaran) kayaks that was recently introduced into the market is stable enough to enable both paddling and fishing in the standing position. There are also kayaks propelled by flippers or propellers and a foot mechanism. These kayaks offer hands free fishing and all the benefits associated.

I agree with these facts. It is true that polyethylene kayaks are more appealing, Actually wilderness systems has a great selection of ride fishing kayaks that really support those characteristics. I found that they were incredibly durable and the pungo i have has been through some tough times and always pushes through. I also have a wilderness systems tsunami. Its a 165 and even though its a little thinner than a standard fishing kayak, it really does the job. Especially with a rudder available, this makes carving out those channels real fun, smooth and reliable. although thin this kayak has dominant balance and is really enjoyable. All this talk makes me want to hit the water.
I assume you will be hitting the water in a wilderness Kayak ;-)?
Haha, what gave you that impression… yes I just fell in love with everything that is wilderness systems, the rudder system is like nothing i had ever experienced, so i was hooked. are you into kayaking, whats your style, do you have one, have you ever taken a ride in a wilderness systems kayak.
